The general terms and conditions of the online store Medilek™ are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Law on Electronic Communications (ZEKom-1).
The online store Medilek™ (hereinafter also the “store”) is managed by the company VONPHARMA doo, Celjska cesta 8A, Žalec, 3310 Žalec, registration number: 6572111000, tax number: SI57633096, which is also an e-business service provider (hereinafter also the seller or Medilek™).
General terms and conditions determine the functioning of the online store Medilek™, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between Medilek™ and customers.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (delivery of the online order). At the time of the award of the contract, the user is warned about the general conditions of business every time and confirms his acquaintance with the award of the contract.
Accessibility of information
Medilek™ undertakes to provide the customer with the following information before being bound by the contract or offer:
- company information Medilek™ (name and registered office, registration number),
- contact information that enables the user to quickly and effectively communicate (e-mail, telephone),
- the essential characteristics of the articles (including after-sales services and guarantees) and the period of validity of this information,
- accessibility of articles (every article that is on offer on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time),
- terms of delivery of articles (and the manner, place and deadline of delivery),
- the prices which must be clearly and unambiguously determined and shown must be shown, whether they already contain taxes and transport and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
- the method of payment and delivery or fulfillment, and the period of validity of this information,
- time validity of the offer,
- the time limit within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for resignation (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with 43.č ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right to withdraw, pursuant to Article 43.č. ZVPot, the consumer is expressly informed thereof) ,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any contact details of the contact person or the customer service department.
The Medilek™ buy-in agreement between the Medilek™ and the customer is concluded at the moment when Medilek™ sends the first electronic message about the status of its order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both for the Medilek™ and for the customer. As a buyer, a person is in possession of data as indicated at the time of the award of the contract. There is no later change in customer data.
The sales contract (i.e., the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored electronically on the Medilek™ server.
Methods of payment
Medilek™ provides the following payment methods:
- with cash upon takeover *
- by direct bank transfer to Medilek™ account**
- with a payment or credit card (Activa, MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express (via online payment), BA Maestro, Diners Club) *
* For individual orders, we reserve the right to request payment by transfer to the Medilek™ account after the offer / bill, still valid Price.
** Upon receipt of the payment after the bid / bill, the order is processed further into the processing process.
When making a credit card payment online, in case of cancellation of the order or change of payment method by the user, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org for credit card or refund.
Medilek™ also sends an invoice to the customer at the customer’s e-mail address after delivery of the ordered items. In the case of a personal takeover at the receiving point, the customer receives an invoice for the purchased items upon their receipt.
The account contains the price and all costs related to the purchase and a notice of the right of withdrawal.
The buyer is obliged to verify the correctness of the data before the contract is awarded. Later claims raised regarding the regularity of issued invoices are not taken into account.
All prices include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices are valid at the time of the award and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices apply in the case of payment with the above mentioned payment methods, subject to the above conditions.
Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Medilek™ will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule they do not add up. Discounts for each item and promotional code are added up.
Payment and credit cards
In the case of payment by payment or credit cards, the following conditions apply:
the payer (data in the user’s account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card,
after confirmation of the receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the contents of the order or of the final amount of the order, with the exception of the exception with the approval of the medal.
Purchase notification procedure
1. Medilek™ order
After the order, the customer receives a notice by e-mail that the order has been accepted. Medilek™ is always available on the Medilek™ website for comprehensive information on the status and content of the order. Medilek™ order review, check the availability of ordered items and confirm the order or reject it for a reason. Medilek™ can call the customer to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery to his contact telephone number.
2. The order has been shipped / The order is ready for acceptance
Medilek™ prepares, dispatches or prepares a personal item within the agreed time period and informs the buyer via e-mail.
In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in due time, the seller must immediately inform the seller by e-mail to email@example.com. If the order is already shipped, the buyer rejects the delivery to the delivery service. In the case of a personal takeover (when the item is ready for takeover), the buyer also announces its desire to cancel the order via the above e-mail.
We ship our products to all countries.
Our contractual partners for delivery of shipments in the territory of Slovenia are Pošta Slovenije and DPD, but Medilek™ reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill this order more efficiently.
For international shipping we use DHL service and delivery times are indications and are based on DHL average figures. Delivery times for islands and remote areas can take 1 or 2 additional working days.

Protection of personal data
Medilek™ undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the ZVOP-1.
The user must be aware that he or she is obligated to provide his or her personal information to the online merchant in the correct and true form. By accepting these conditions, the User confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.
Complaints and disputes
Medilek™ respects the current consumer protection legislation. Medilek™ is working hard to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaints handling system.
In case of problems, the customer with the Medilek™ provider can be connected via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal is sent via e-mail email@example.com. The complaint processing procedure is confidential.
Medilek™ is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the necessary time and the costs arising from the resolution of the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute before a court. Therefore, Medilek™ is working to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes in a consensual manner.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms VONPHARMA d.o.o. does not recognize any performer of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as the competent court to deal with a consumer dispute that the consumer could launch under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
Medilek™, which provides an online store in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia as a provider of goods and services, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Internet Dispute Resolution Consumer Platform (SRPS). The platform is available to consumers here.
The aforementioned arrangement is based on the Law on out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
